Tell us who sent it.
Arowana is a platform that businesses use to send emails, SMS and RCS messages to their customers. The sender of the message is our customer, not us — and we only let them advertise to people who agreed to it.

Just want it to stop?
Unsubscribing works immediately: use the “Unsubscribe” link at the end of the message. You don't need to report anything for that.
What happens with your report
- You tell us who sent the message.
- We send you an email with an address. Forward the message there — that's how we see what you received.
- We review the case. If the sender broke our rules, we act — from a warning to stopping their sending.
We don't tell the sender who reported them. We only get in touch if we need something from you.
